Artwork to dispatch

Five steps,
one roof.

Colour separation and engraving both happen here. Nothing changes hands in between, so lead times stay short and responsibility stays in one place.

  1. 01 / Artwork

    Artwork intake

Your original is checked for printability and a lead time is given. If you don't have a design, our studio creates one.

  2. 02 / Separation

    Colour separation

Separated against your plant conditions, paste system and machine line-up. The mesh is set here.

  3. 03 / Engraving

    Laser engraving

Circumference, shore and coating are set by material, then the job goes to the right laser line.

  4. 04 / Approval

    Customer approval

The work goes to you for approval by FTP, e-mail or courier before engraving. Production does not start until it is approved.

  5. 05 / Dispatch

    Packing and delivery

Packed to suit circumference and length, then shipped by courier or freight forwarder.

and software.

Engraving quality depends as much on how accurate the colour separation is as on how precise the laser is. We keep both in house.
